AQL Inspection – a guarantee of quality, in accordance with international standards
Texstyle Control team is AQL pioneer in Uzbekistan. We were first to study and successfully introduce the work of the inspection system for AQL standard MLT-std QC 105. We provide monthly monitoring of enterprises in Uzbekistan based on the following parameters: a list of products, product quality, objective assessment of the supplier integrity, visualization and on-demand remote presentation of the company of your interest, assessment of production capacity.

What is AQL?

AQL means permitted (or guaranteed) level of quality which idetifies the permitted maximum possible number of defects in the consignment of goods with respect to the zero mark.
Zero-defect rate in the huge batch of products is ideal for the customer, but the realities of the mass production show that any production process allows a certain amount of error, and no one manufacturer guarantee hundred percent no defect production. In this regard, the producers came to a compromise, based on strict control of the entire production process, from the stage of supply of raw materials to shipping the final product.
AQL – effective measure to bring the quality of product to the required level, guaranteeing a consistently high level.

How does the international standardized AQL system work?

The customer determines the level of inspection. Textile Control Inspectors select a certain number of samples of the finished product at random. The number of samples is specified by the volume of the inspected consignment strictly according to the scheme of calculations of AQL inspection, calculated very accurately. The sample test is conducted in accordance with approved standards and specifications as well as requirements of the client. The data obtained as a result of statistical process allow to conclude the level of quality of the whole consignment.

There are several schemes of AQL standards identification:


At checking process the test samples are sorted into critical defects, macro and minor – micro-defects. Depending on customer requirements to the quality the level of testing is determined from the “common” to “special.” The higher the level of requirements, the stricter requirements for samples testing. The unique parameters further used for testing are specifieed for each type of inspection. To conduct the inspection we create terms of reference , containing specific features and individual testing requirements and parameters of products, to study for compliance. For example, at the stage of shipment the quality of reading the bar codes is controlled, the analysis of labeling and packaging is conducted, the moisture level of the fibers is measured in order to avoid fiber damage during prolonged storage. Further on the search of sewing needles left in the finished product is conducted, which is very important in large closed loop of textile production.

As a result of the inspection, we provide a detailed report to the customer, which makes clear whether the product passed the quality test specified by the customer. Based on the report a customer takes a further decision on acceptance or rejection of product. The refusal may be motivated by non-compliance with deadlines, unacceptable amounts of defects, as well as other factors for filing complaints, if they are specified in the contract between buyer and seller. We offer an opportunity to the customer at the time of contract conclusion to specify the terms of the return of invested funds through our inspection.

Initial Inspection

When samples come to the production line, we carry out front inspection. This is a model test inspection, where the quality control of randomly withdrawen samples is carried out based on the measurement of patterns, their compliance with the cut parts, the color match and pattern prints and other parameters. At your request, we send test samples for approval, to put into production. Initial inspection will significantly reduce the percentage of the likely defects in future production process.

In-line Inspection

When the samples are included in the production line and sewing process is already running, we carry out In-line-inspection. The product is tested at the ptoduction stage, by selectively withdrawing samples from the line and producing quality control of tailoring, color, and other parts to packaging.

Final Inspection: inspection before shipment and control of the loading process

Finally, the consigment is ready for shipment. At the final stage, we conduct pre-shipment inspection, producing a sample in a chaotic manner. We test samples in many ways, starting with the reading bar codes on the label and checking the thickness of the product packaging boxes, based on the documentation provided in advance by the customer and strictly guided by the description and art-work («digital» and artistic product description ). In the process of loading we carefully check the number of packages in the container, package integrity and monitor compliance with a predetermined loading scheme.

Each step is accompanied by a permanent record of all stages of the production until the shipment of the consignment – we do a photo report, and in real-time translate it to the customer. So we provide client presence effect at all stages of production.
